Returns Policy Warranty:
This warranty is only valid for the first purchaser (End user) of the product. This warranty is not transferable to any subsequent owner of the product unless agreed in writing by BI Communications Ltd.
BI Communications warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, BI Communications will at its discretion, repair or replace the product with an equivalent model. Replacement product or parts may include remanufactured or refurbished parts or components. The replacement unit will be covered by the balance of the time remaining on the customers original limited warranty.

CT100 1 year
Quintest 1 year
Lancaster 3 years (Including LanCaster Pro & Pro ST)
TX Series 3 years (Including TX2001, TX2002, TX2003, TX4000, TX6000 & TX Ranger)
Faultcaster 3 years
What the warranty does not cover:
Any product on which the serial number has been defaced modified or removed
Any patch lead or connecting cables supplied with the product
Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from: accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightening or any other acts of nature.
Product modification or failure to follow instructions supplied with the unit
Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorised by BI Communications Ltd
Any damage of the product due to shipment to us.
Causes external to the product such as connection to live power or data lines as specified according to the product manual
Use of supplies or parts not meeting BI Communications Ltd specifications
Normal wear and tear:
Failure of owner to use the product in accordance with the user guide/manual
Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect
Damage or abuse to the surface of the display window or case
Limitation of implied warranties:
There are no warranties expressed or implied that extend beyond the description contained herein including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Exclusion of damages:
BI Communications liability is limited to the cost of the repair or replacement of the product. BI Communications shall not be liable for:
Damage to other property caused by any defects in the product, damages against inconvenience, loss of use of product in time, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of good faith, interference with business relationships or any other commercial implications even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Any other damages whether incidental, consequential or other
Any Claim against the customer by any other party
Effect of local law:
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from country to country. This warranty does not limit your rights as defined by UK law.
Defective products may be returned via the distributor from whom they were purchased (following their procedure for the return of defective goods) or to us BI Communications Ltd directly including all accessories.
