Introducing Lithium-Ion Batteries:
- Battery usage approximately 17 hours
- Re-charge time 7/8 hours
- Battery lifetime 400 cycles (1 cycle = 1 charge + 1 discharge)
Out of all types of rechargeable batteries, lithium-ion batteries have one of the highest CE certifications (99% or better). These are the most efficient batteries. Lithium-Ion charging is now offered (on request) for all BI Communication products (excluding TX800 and Quintest). The charging of the units is via the USB port on the unit, each unit will be supplied with a USB lead which may be connected, for example, into a standard mobile phone charger or USB port on PC etc. The unit does not require a special charger. For units which have upload/download facility’s (TX6000, Ranger) the same lead is used for charging and download, the unit will also charge whilst connected to P.C / laptop during download.
TraceXtra App - Bluetooth Feature Now Available:
- Remotely controls Bluetooth embedded TDR devices.
- Download the trace data on the go.
- Remotely control the connected TDR device to get real-time traces.
Our APP is designed for remotely controlling the Bluetooth embedded TDR devices (designed by B I Communications Ltd). You can download the trace data (saved in the TDR device) to the APP. The downloaded traces can be plotted on your mobile device. Furthermore, you can remotely control the connected TDR device to get real-time traces. You can decide to save the real-time trace data in your mobile device or upload to your TDR device. Moreover, you can export the trace figures from the APP to your gallery. Also, you can share a report (with trace figure) via email or third-party social networking APP.
